Paul Maskill is a Business Coach and Business Advocate focused on helping fellow business owners create the life they love by automating their businesses. He draws his business coaching experience from having run four companies, the last of which he successfully exited. Paul is also the host of the Business Owner’s Freedom Formula podcast, a show that caters to small business owners and offers actionable advice and effective management techniques.
Paul joins me today to share what it was like before he became interested in owning a business and the time he felt the need to look beyond just running a company. He shares the reasons why he pursued a business coaching career and explains how you can always turn even the worst business problems into an opportunity for growth. Paul also shares tips when it comes to planning and making sure your business is running smoothly, even if you’re not there.
“Instead of saying 'someday I'll do that,' make that someday today and start putting those plans in place.” - Paul Maskill
