She has launched two food lines - one in Boca Raton, Florida and one in Moscow, Russia, as well as co-created 2 juice lines in Florida and one in Kazakhstan. Alina's passion is in bridging the gap between healthy and tasty food. 


Food, we need it. But when the relationship turns abusive, we feel really crappy afterwards, and then we go back for another hit. It’s like dating a hot sexy guy or girl with no substance. And so, goes the colorful conversation, ripe with metaphors but filled chock full of wisdom, with the incredible Chef Alina Z. I laughed through this interview. Alina is a sheer delight, and like her recipes, thoroughly enjoyable as well as nutritious and substantial. One of the best conversations I have had about food (and life).
