Sonali Batish is the founder of Cospan Consulting and host of My 2.0 podcast. Sonali started her company in 2020 with the goal of helping companies find growth through market-facing activities and scaling with efficiency. She is also passionate about empowering courageous choices for women in their careers, encouraging girls in S.T.E.M, and bridging the gap in the socio-economic space. Sonali went through a career transition in her 40s which inspired her to start her podcast where she strives to create a community of like-minded women who use storytelling to impart wisdom. In her spare time, Sonali enjoys powerlifting, juggling and spending time with her husband and three children.

Sonali joins me today to discuss why she is passionate about creating an inclusive environment for women in career transitions. She offers her perspective on the role of women in business and how being a mother has profoundly impacted her contributions. She shares why she believes it is crucial for women to have courage before anything else and the power of vulnerability when facing change. She also discusses some of the key factors that prohibit many women from taking chances in their careers and why building a community is an essential part of being more courageous.

“It’s about being courageous; being confident that I’m going to get there and also working on my competence.” - Sonali Batish
