I love talking unconscious influences on our behavior. John Cottrell brings his flavor of those unseen drivers that have way more say over what we do and how we do it, than we care to admit. John illustrates these younger versions of ourselves with incredible clarity and real-world example.

Join us for a fascinating conversation about the internal and external influences on our quality of life….and now, what do we do with it?

“We think we are in charge but… there are back seat drivers and we need to find out who they are and where they come from, to star to do something about them.” - John Cottrell
