Dr. Andrew Bonnici is a Counselor with a Doctorate in Humanistic Depth Psychology. Due to his understanding of mindfulness and its core principles, he is also referred to as the Zen Doctor. He runs a private practice that offers counseling, training, and coaching to individuals, businesses, families, couples, and executives. Andrew is also the author of Boundless Intimacy, where he helps readers experience self-intimacy through stillness.

Andrew joins me today to share how you can live a Zen lifestyle. He explains how he gravitated towards Zen and meditation and how he benefited from it. He discusses some of the core beliefs and principles surrounding mindfulness and why stillness plays a major role. Andrew also describes the part of the body that you will focus on during a period of meditation and shares why he is currently writing a Zen book for kids.
