Jos Willard is the creator of the Profit for Coaches program, a system to guide great coaches through the business of running a profitable coaching practice. He is the host of the Profit for Coaches podcast, a show filled with resources, advice, expertise, and support for coaches who deserve to be rewarded for making a meaningful difference in their client’s lives. Jos is also a Book Yourself Solid Master, training entrepreneurs and small business owners with the Profit First method to ensure they increase their profits and efficiently grow their companies. He has over two decades of international coaching experience, which he now pays forward from Calgary, Alberta Canada, where he currently lives with his wife Emma and two sons.

In today’s episode, Jos joins me to share his experiences of working in the coaching industry, where he guides coaches to effect change and get paid fairly for it in the face of the ‘Bro & Guru’ culture. We discuss our need to ‘blow it up’ as we enter midlife and how to avoid this by having new conversations and adapting our current careers or relationships. We discuss how shifting your passions can impact your relationships and career. We also discuss the positives that eustress - that’s good stress’ to you and me - can bring when it comes to asking the simple questions of yourself to bring out those difficult answers to life.

“We have the ability to change the rules. We can rewrite them” - Jos Willard
