Gary Lloyd is a professional director, writer, and choreographer. His illustrious theater career includes being both director and choreographer of multiple-award-winning musicals. Gary has worked with famous faces in the music and theater industry such as Kelly Clarkson, Victoria Beckham, Jennifer Hudson, and even Sir Paul McCartney. Outside of theater, Gary was also involved in several TV programs such as American Idol, The X factor, and the Eurovision Song Contest.

Gary joins me to discuss how he’s changed his perspective of what it means to be a warrior now that he is older than when he was in his youth. He describes his career in theater, the people he’s worked with, and the skills he honed when he worked as a teacher. He explains why kids today overthink when they are presented with opportunities. Gary also shares some of his current projects and what he wants his legacy to be.
