Erin Phiel is the Founder of The MindFix Group, a company aiming to identify and eliminate the root causes of self-sabotage that our minds create to hold us back. She is also the Founder & CEO of FellowBright Web Agency, an award-winning boutique website development and consulting agency which she has run for nearly two decades. Erin has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Digital Media, a combination that has given her a double edge in understanding people and technology. Erin’s work has been featured in numerous publications, podcasts, and webinars, and she is a regular keynote speaker. She has a personal goal of completely changing the lives and up-leveling 2,000 high-performers by 2022 with the aid of her ‘custom blend’ formula for reprogramming the mindset.

In today’s episode, Erin discusses her continuing work and success with MindFix in her mission to help her clients achieve their goals in work and life. She discusses the mental barriers and roadblocks that often hold entrepreneurs and high achievers back and shares techniques to overcome these barriers. She explains why tackling internal resistance is the key to sustainable change and how she and her team identify their clients’ different pressure points. Erin also shares her concept of Blocker Beliefs and why identifying them - and taking control of them - will release the flow of energy and focus of her clients so they can maximize their full potential.
