Jessica Koch has been a National Sales Professional for more than 25 years. She spent 10 years working with a consulting company, expanding that firm’s client base to include National Government Accounts, Fortune 500 clients, National Power Utilities, Hospitals, and Universities/Colleges. She secured a National Government Contract that was applicable to 1000’s of government entities without having to go out for an additional bid. She also trained and managed sales teams nationally for multiple companies such as Disney and Verizon. Jessica’s goal is to guide business owners and sales professionals to achieve a balanced sales and marketing strategy; using proven classic sales techniques combined with modern technology. She will soon be featured in the published book series Profiles In Success: Inspiration From Executive Leaders in the Washington D.C area.

In today's episode, Jessica shares her path from leaving an abusive relationship to finding health, wealth, and happiness in her business and current marriage of 22 years. She reveals how immunity to birth control resulted in a larger family than she ever expected and how this resulted in her being a successful ‘early adopter’ of working from home. Jessica discusses her close relationship with God and how observing gratitude for the good things in her life keeps her happy and full of feelings of reward. She also shares her experience of navigating the parenting of young adults and how inviting their advice and opinions on her own work projects empowers her children, while also giving her different unique perspectives on work, life, and everything in between.
