Adam Quiney is an executive leadership coach who works with high-performance professionals. His clients are people who are successful in many facets but lack fulfillment and connection. Adam provides services that help clients optimize their professional development by solving what truly makes them happy over what makes them feel comfortable. Apart from coaching, he is also frequently invited to public speaking at seminars and events.

Adam joins me today to share what it’s like to pretend to not be the smartest person in the room and its drawbacks. He describes how his journey began as a life coach and what caused him to look at success and happiness from two different perspectives. He explains how he helps clients learn more about themselves and the power of sitting still and meditating. Adam also discusses why many people resort to traveling when they seek meaning in their lives.
