Trey Stinnett has earned the moniker The Flow Coach by helping entrepreneurs ‘grow through community and scale through team’. He began his entrepreneurship journey at the ridiculously young age of 13 and, by the age of 21, had equity of $1 million with his first real estate company. The financial crisis of 2008, coupled with the personal tragedy of losing his father saw Trey hit a rock bottom from which he sought real financial education. This led him on to the path of becoming a seminal speaker for some of the world's best investment and business coaches. Trey is now a North American Master Trainer with Wealth Dynamics, a profiling system designed specifically for entrepreneurs to find their flow. He has taught workshops to thousands of people worldwide, including celebrity entrepreneurs such as Daymond John and Tony Robbins. Trey currently lives in St Petersburg, Florida, with his wife Grace and their two daughters.

In today’s episode, Trey discusses the problems entrepreneurs face with “the grind” when the hustle to success can lead to a breakdown in health, a breakdown in relationships, and general burn out that is not worth the money in the bank. He shares his ‘light bulb moment’ with Wealth Dynamics when he discovered why his Creator personality type clashed with how he had been running his business and life. Trey shares a quick lesson in I Ching, the ancient Chinese divination text regarding the processes of change and how the natural order to the universe and the earth in terms of materials and seasons is also happening inside ourselves. Trey takes us through the eight different personality profiles identified by Wealth Dynamics and explains why each of us can excel if we nurture our natural and innate selves. He also explains how we can lay out a workweek to get the absolute best work-life balance and returns on our efforts.

“Wealth is not money. Wealth is actually what's leftover if the money goes away.” - Trey Stinnett
