Yaron Engler has been ‘coaching men to find their greatness’ since 2012. A coach and facilitator of men’s programs, he implements The CROP Method, a 4 step method to help men find their real values, gain focus, build confidence, detach from negative patterns and enjoy living again. Yaron is a professional drummer who has performed in front of over 500,000 people worldwide. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Berklee College of Music and an alumni of John Wineland's Embodiment Men's Leadership Program. Originally from Israel, Yaron currently resides in East Sussex, England.
Yaron joins me today to discuss the very timely theme of uncertainty and how he deals with the unknown when making choices in his life. He shares his journey from successful drummer in Tel Aviv to becoming a student of one of the best colleges of music in the world. He explains why he had to let go of his own idea of being a ‘horrible student’ that he had held on to since his high school days. He reveals his fear and lack of preparation to move to a new country and culture, but how the value of the opportunity outweighed all of his other concerns to produce an incredible life experience. Yaron also reveals how he copes with those overwhelming times of asking ‘where am I in my life?’ by focusing on the ‘why’ and directing his energy towards what he wants to create.
