Todd Palmer is a coach to entrepreneurial CEOs and a strategic advisor to business leaders with over 25 years of experience in the ‘self start’ space. He’s a keynote speaker whose goal is to ‘improve lives by teaching, guiding & empowering entrepreneurs’ by adopting a growth mindset and teaching necessary business skills. Todd is the Founder and CEO of Extraordinary Advisors, a platform of Advisory Services and has been featured by media publications that include INC Magazine, The Detroit News, and CORP! Magazine. He is also the author of The Job Search Process: Find & Land a Great Job in 6 weeks or less and is currently working on his next book, From Suck to Success.
Todd joins me today to discuss his honest journey of boom, then bust, then boom again. He shares the day and date he describes as ‘the worst day of his life’ and why making himself massively accountable to this moment has been the bedrock of his renewed success entering midlife. Todd reveals the 5 Positives his own coach made him reach daily and how this process of ‘showing up’ for himself helped him heal and get back on form. He also explains the ATV principles he observes to ensure a trust relationship with his clients and why answering to yourself is the most challenging task of all.
“You can only focus on the shot before you. Not the shot you took, and not the shot that’s down the fairway” - Todd Palmer
