Steve Renard is the founder of Crowned Fox Adventures, where he is dedicated to helping leaders and executives connect with their audiences, on camera and on stage, by mastering their presence and telling powerful stories. He spent 20 years as a corporate video producer, and developed a unique process for working with people who frequently didn’t want to be in front of a camera, but knew they had a responsibility to be there. He uses an inside-out approach, focusing on the particular challenges and internal roadblocks to connection his clients face, and helps them overcome those to find the parts of themselves that work best in these high-pressure situations. He also had to learn how to develop his own camera presence, and refined many of the same techniques he uses with clients while doing his own work to connect with his audiences.

I have this conversation almost every day with my clients.

“You must be visible.  You need to be the face of your company.”

Whether we like it or not, this is an attention economy.  And it’s only moving faster in that direction.  If we are to succeed, we cannot leave it to the “kids.”  We need to tell our story.  We need to connect with our customers and clients.

Video Confidence Coach Steve Renard, helps us through the nerves and self-consciousness and to “get our butterflies flying in formation.”

“As a leader, a business person or a parent, communication is absolutely vital to what we are doing.” – Steve Renard
