Mitch Schneider refers to himself as a Change Agent and Chief Thought Provoker. He champions the idea of assessing one’s self and looking for solutions in times of crisis. He is the author of Misfire: What To Do When Things Aren’t Running On All Cylinders where he tells the story of a business owner’s unorthodox path to success. Mitch has over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry and cites this as the reason behind the way his book is titled.
Mitch joins me today to discuss the contents of his new book and the reasons behind its authorship. He shares the greatest challenge he ever faced and how he managed to come out a winner. He explains why failure is part of the process and why the bigger your dreams are, the more you will fail. Mitch also describes what being a mechanic for over 40 years taught him about life and how much influence it had on his book.
“It's not that champions have the skill and ability to win; it's that they have too much pride to lose.”- Mitch Schneider
